Huge clean rooms with balconies, price ok, nice and kind staff at the reception, quiet location close to everything
I wish they had a little better breakfast and better sheets for the 3rd bed

Appartments are quite big so you can easily store your bike etc.

The location of the hotel was excellent and peaceful. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We had a great time!
The door lock was hard to handle and got jammed Many times and 2 light bulbs broke down during our stay. Jacuzzi was not working.

We had an extremely nice and huge apartment with a convenient price, with everything you need in it, also a balcony. The location is perfect, near to the center and quiet. 10 minutes walk till the lake.
The playground for children is not really a playground, the yard is small, but the apartment compensate it..

Very big flat (2 bed rooms, 1 living room, large terasse on the top...), well situated (400 m from Heviz lake) and confort (spa/sauna)
The flat could be a littlte bit better: curtains missing, problem in the bath...which could be easily solved. Nothing which really affect the comfort of the flat.

The apartment was nice and the staff willing to help.
No WiFi on the second floor, although promised in the whole hotel. Staff sometimes not easy to find. The apartment not so well maintained.
